Wow, wish I was there!

One of my twin sons, Rich, is out in California for six months teaching kids to ski. He and 8 of his friends have rented a fabulous house and they ski in Squaw Valley which overlooks Lake Tahoe. They are having an amazing time.

He's a great skier, but the photo of him jumping off the rocks is not one his mother (me!) really wants to see!! I have to trust that he will be fine, of course. Nick, his twin, is green with envy. He has not been able to go this year because he damaged his knee so badly last time he was there. He has had 2 re-constructive operations in the last year and is working on building his fitness up again. He plans to go out in March for 6 weeks to join Rich, but will definitely not be leaping off mountains this time!!

Sue on Wave Radio

I had such fun on the Andy Jackson Show on Wave 105.2 FM last Thursday evening. My great friends Denise Craddock, a Personal Trainer, and Terri Stromeyer, a fantastic Medium, came along too.

We talked about how easy it is to set goals but achieving them is where many people have the problem. We need to identify the habits and beliefs that are holding us back from achieving our goals. We have to incorporate into our lives the right habits and right disciplines. Little disciplines everyday, consistently, have a compounding effect.

Visualise yourself having achieved your goal and focus on how good you are going to feel!
